If your chosen piece is in stock, it will arrive within 3 to 7 business days. If not, our artisans will craft it exclusively for you, with delivery from our workshop within 25 business days.

We offer exchanges and refunds within 30 days of receiving your order. However, please note that personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
